You can look forward to the new year as we will spoil you with our luxury brunch på selected Saturdays.

We will be serving some of our most popular dishes in the past years, and new dishes as well. You will taste some of the best and rare food such as bluefin tuna, wagyu, and snow crab.

Brunchbuffet:

Sashimi of salmon, yellowtail and bluefin tuna

3 kinds maki w/ flambeed salmon, snow crab, and spicy yellowtail

Seared scallops w/ soya & ginger butter

Fried tofu w/ daikon and avocado

Tataki wagyu w/ miso-truffle

Dumplings w/ XO-chili

Miso-marinated cod w/ buttermilk yoghurt

Tempura prawns w/ chilimayo

Spicy softshell crab w/ chili, coriander and ramson

Grilled porkbelly skewers and teriyaki

Fusion salad  w/ goma-yuzu and mango

Opera cake

Matcha white chocolate rocky road

Homemade “flødeboller”

The brunchbuffet menu kan vary from time to time due to the season and the availability of the food.
