The name refers to the fusion between French and Asian cuisine, where fresh, primarily Danish and Asian ingredients, create a breeding ground for innovative creations. At Restaurant Fusion you will experience newly interpreted creations, which give you a completely new experience, just as the restaurant’s luxurious and open setting creates fantastic space for exclusive dining experiences.<\/p>\n

We have an exciting menu that embraces a wide range. It consists of a la carte, sushi and a seasonal menu with 4 – 8 dishes. In addition, OMAKASE is offered, which gives guests a completely unique gastronomic experience<\/p>\n

With the almost perfect location as well as view, Restaurant Fusion is capable of providing the best facilities for both large and small banquets. We can host\u00a0 up to 110 guests in the restaurant, up to 80 guests in the banquet room and up to 300 guest in our event hall, the Atrium.<\/p>\n

You can either choose one of the menus recommended by our Chefs, or they can set up a menu according to your preferences.<\/p>\n
