Our meeting room overlooks the waterfront and can seat 15 to 80 people. If you’re hosting a reception in the same room, it can accommodate 150 people standing. The Atrium is our largest room, with seating for 300 and standing room for 450, and is used for conferences, general meetings, and kickoffs. We’ll set up the room according to your program, whether you need a traditional table arrangement, group work, or presentations from the stage.
Catering
This is where we stand out from a typical meeting room. The food comes from the restaurant’s own kitchen, not from an outside vendor. We prepare breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner, tailoring the menu to the length of your stay and the requirements of your program. If you’d like to end the day with a social gathering, you can continue right in the restaurant afterward without having to go anywhere else. We’ll accommodate any allergies or dietary preferences among the participants if we receive the list in advance.

Equipment and Setup
We’ll tailor the space to your specific needs and discuss the equipment and setup when we prepare your quote. Let us know if you’ll need a projector, sound system, microphone, or blackout curtains, and we’ll have everything ready before you arrive.
Location
Strandvejen 4, 1st floor, 9000 Aalborg. We are centrally located on the waterfront with parking in the harbor area, and we are within walking distance of downtown Aalborg, hotels, and Musikkens Hus. This makes it easy for participants arriving by train or plane to get to and from the venue without a car, and it makes it easy to find nearby accommodations for overnight guests.

We’ll get back to you with a proposal and a price that includes the venue, duration, setup, and catering, and we’ll send an invoice to your company after the event.
