Takeout from our kitchen
The takeout food comes from the same kitchen as the dinner menu. You can order sushi boxes, sashimi, maki and uramaki, special menus, light dishes, and sides, and pick them up yourself at the restaurant at Strandvejen 4, Tuesday through Saturday between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. We’ll pack it so you can take it home without it falling apart. If you’re coming with a large group, please call 35 12 33 31 the day before.
Raw Materials
We primarily use Danish ingredients, supplemented by items we source from Asia when the dish calls for it. The fish comes largely from Danish waters, which is also why the menu changes throughout the year. The sea offers different catches in February than in August, and our menu reflects that. We update the seasonal menu several times a year, so it never looks exactly the same twice.

What You Can Eat
The seasonal menu features four to eight courses and begins with three appetizers chosen by the entire table together. The à la carte menu lets you put together your own dinner. The sushi is prepared at the bar, where you sit across from the chef and watch it being made, and where nigiri starts at 65 kr. If you’d like to let the chef decide everything, we serve omakase with 23 to 25 small dishes, with seafood as the focal point. In addition, we offer light dishes and a wine list curated to complement the cuisine rather than the other way around.
Food for Everyone at the Table
We accommodate allergies and guests who do not eat meat or fish. Please let us know when you book, and our kitchen will adjust the menu accordingly, even if you’ve chosen a set menu. The kitchen is happy to prepare simpler dishes for the little ones if you let us know in advance.
Food for Large Groups
Whether you’re dining with a group or just the two of you, we prepare the same dishes for a party as we do for a table for two. The restaurant seats 110 guests, the banquet hall seats 80, and the atrium seats 300. We also offer catering for groups of 15 or more, and we can provide chefs, waitstaff, and wine. Where to Find Food
Strandvejen 4, 1st floor, 9000 Aalborg, right on the Limfjord with parking in the harbor area and within walking distance of Musikkens Hus and downtown Aalborg. We’re open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight and are closed on Sunday and Monday.
